Who We are
We are McGavock Nissan, a family-owned auto group that’s been serving the West Texas community for over 40 years. Our founder, Steve McGavock, turned a dirt lot off of Loop 289 in Lubbock, Texas into a dealership that has helped people find their perfect car at a price they can always afford. Our many years of experience and quality customer service has allowed us to travel like those West Texas Tumbleweeds and expand our dealership locations to Amarillo, Abilene, and most recently, San Marcos.
How are We Different?
At McGavock Nissan, we have so much to be proud of, and that pride extends to the growing community of happy, loyal customers. Our car buying process is no-pressure, and streamlined to save every customer time, whether they visit our dealership or shop online. When shopping online, customers can submit a request for a price quote on any new or pre-owned vehicle, and one of our sales professionals will send a video of that vehicle to the customer’s cell phone. Prices, trade-in values, and credit applications can all be completed online before the customer even gets to the store. All of our sales staff care about each customer and their unique car needs, which is why McGavock Nissan’s customer service is regarded as the friendliest in the auto game. It also helps that we have that warm West Texas hospitality! After the purchase, our owner loyalty team will keep in touch regularly to ensure all customers are fully satisfied with their purchase and resolve any issues that might pop up.
